  • 2 nos - Raw Eggs (For the half fry crown)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Base Taiyaar (The Tawa Roast): Ek chaure (wide) pan ya lohe ke tave par butter aur thoda sa tel dalein. Baarik kata pyaz aur hari mirch dalkar light brown hone tak bhoone.
  2. Aromatics: Adrak-lehsun ka paste dalein. Phir kate hue tamatar aur namak dalkar dhak dein jab tak mushy na ho jayein.
  3. Masala Magic: Pav Bhaji Masala, laal mirch, aur haldi dalein. Is masale ko pav bhaji masher se dabakar bilkul fine paste jaisa bana lein. Thoda sa pani dalein.
  4. Enter the Eggs (The Smash): Ab apne grate kiye hue uble ande is masale mein dal dein. Phir se masher lijiye aur in andon ko masale ke saath buri tarah se masal (smash) dijiye.
