  1. The Fluffing (Beating): Ek pyale (bowl) mein ande todein. Haldi, laal mirch, aur namak dalein. Ab ek fork ya whisk lijiye aur andon ko lagaataar 1-2 minute tak fente. Ande mein hava (air) bharni chahiye jisse jhagg (froth) banega. Yehi fluffy omelette ka raaz hai.
  2. Add Crunch: Fente hue andon mein pyaz, hari mirch, aur dhaniya mix karein. Pyaz ko chota katna zaroori hai warna omelette tave par toot jayega.
