  • 2 tbsp - Oil (moin/shortening ke liye)
  • Pinch of salt & Sugar

The Filling & Egg:

  • 2 nos - Large Eggs
  • 1 medium - Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 nos - Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp - Chaat Masala & Lemon Juice

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Dough Prep: Maide mein namak, sugar aur 2 chamach tel daal kar mix karein. Phir paani dal kar naram aata gund lein. 20 min rest dein.
  2. Roll the Paratha: Aate ki goliyaan banayein aur ekdam patli roti bel lein. Tave par halke tel ke sath sek lein par poora crisp na karein. Nikal kar side rakhein.
  3. The Egg Wash: Ek ande ko bowl mein namak daal kar fent lein (beat karein). Tave par tel dalein aur fenta hua anda daal dein.
  4. The Merge: Jaise hi anda pan mein faile, uske theek upar apni half-cooked roti (paratha) chipka dein. Spatula se dabayein.
  5. Crispy Flip: Jab anda roti par chipak jaye aur pak jaye, tab palat dein. Roti wale side par tel dalein aur daba-daba kar crispy kar lein. Plate mein nikal lein (Egg wali side upar).
