  • 2 medium - Tomatoes (Finely chopped)
  • 2 nos - Green Chillies (Slit)
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp - Pav Bhaji Masala (For that street flavor)
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 tsp - Turmeric (Haldi)
  • 2 tbsp - Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Base: Ek bada flat tawa (iron griddle) ya chaudi pan lein. Usme tel aur butter ek sath garm karein taaki butter jale nahi.
  2. Sizzle the Onions: Jeera aur baarik kata pyaz dalein. Pyaz ko golden brown hone tak bhoone. Yahan jaldbazi nahi karni hai.
  3. Aromatics: Adrak lehsun ka paste aur kati hui hari mirch dalein. 1 minute tak chalayein.
  4. Tomato Mush: Ab tave par tamatar aur namak dalein. Tamatar jab tak bilkul gal na jaye aur masher se smash na ho jaye, tab tak pakayein.
