Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Paste: Bheege hue posto (poppy seeds) aur 2 hari mirch ko mixer mein bilkul thoda pani dalkar ekdum smooth paste bana lein.
  2. Fry Eggs: Mustard oil garm karein. Andon ko halka sa fry karke nikal lein (is dish mein andon par haldi nahi lagate taaki paste safed rahe).
  3. Temper: Bache hue tel mein kalonji (nigella seeds) dalein. Pyaz dalkar sirf pink hone tak (brown nahi) bhoone.
