Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Paste: Bheege hue sarson, nariyal, 1 hari mirch aur thoda namak dalkar mixer mein bilkul smooth paste bana lein. (Namak aur mirch dalne se sarson kadvi nahi hoti).
  2. The Tiffin Box: Ek steel ka air-tight tiffin box lein. Usme mustard-coconut paste, haldi aur 2 chamach pani dalein.
  3. The Eggs: Kate hue andon ko paste ke andar dheere se rakh dein. Upar se kachha mustard oil aur 2 sabut hari mirchein daal dein.
  4. Seal & Steam: Tiffin box ka dhakkan tightly band karein. Ek kadhai mein 2 inch paani ubaalein. Tiffin box ko paani ke beech mein rakhein (paani tiffin ke aade level tak aana chahiye).
  5. The Cook: Kadhai ko dhak dein aur 15 minute tak medium aanch par steam hone dein.
  6. Serve: Tiffin ko dhyan se bahar nikalein (bohot garam hoga). Kholte hi bhari khushboo aayegi. Serve over hot rice!
