  • 3 tbsp - Sugar (Cheeni - Adjust to taste)
  • 0.25 cup - Milk (Doodh)
  • 0.5 tsp - Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

The Rest:

  • 4 slices - White or Sweet Milk Bread
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee or Butter for frying

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Sweet Mix: Ek chaure (wide) bowl mein ande todein. Usme cheeni, doodh, aur elaichi powder dalein. Isey fork se tab tak fente (whisk) jab tak cheeni poori tarah dissolve (ghul) na jaye.
  2. Heat the Pan: Ek flat pan ya tawa medium aanch par garm karein aur uspe ghee lagayein.
  3. The Dip: Ek bread slice lein aur usey ande ke batter mein duboye (dip karein). Dono taraf se batter bread par lag jana chahiye (zyada der na duboye warna bread toot jayegi).
  4. The Fry: Turant bread ko pan par rakhein. Aanch medium-low rakhein taaki bread jale nahi aur andar tak pak jaye.
  5. The Caramelization: Jab ek taraf se dark golden brown ho jaye (cheeni caramelize ho jayegi), tab palat dein aur dusri taraf se bhi sekein.
  6. Serve: Garma-garam serve karein. Upar se thoda honey daalna chahein toh daal sakte hain!
