Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prep: Sabse pehle uble andon ko grate (kaddukas) kar lein. Zardi (yolk) aur safedi dono ko mix kar lein.
  2. Bhunai: Kadhai mein ghee garm karein. Jeera dalein aur pyaz ko dark brown hone tak bhoone.
  3. Aromatics: Adrak lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch dalein. 1 min bhune.
  4. Tomatoes & Spices: Kate tamatar, namak, aur saare sukhe masale (including Meat Masala) dalein. Thoda pani dalkar tamatar ko ekdum mash (paste) hone tak pakayein.
  5. Add Peas: Uble hue matar dalein aur masale ke sath 2 minute bhune.
  6. Add Egg Keema: Grate kiye hue ande kadhai mein dalein. Halka sa garm pani (1/4 cup) chhidkein taaki sabzi zyada dry na ho.
  7. Finish: Dheemi aanch par 5 minute dhak kar pakayein taaki ande mein saare flavor chale jayein. Upar se hara dhaniya aur ek chamach kaccha butter dalkar Pav ke sath serve karein.
