Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Fry the Eggs: Andon mein cut lagakar thodi haldi aur mirch ke sath tel mein fry karein. Pili (golden) skin aane tak. Isey nikal lein.
  2. Base Preparation: Usi tel mein jeera daalein, aur baarik kata pyaz daal kar bhunein. Pyaz bilkul dark brown ho jana chahiye (golden nahi, dark brown).
  3. The Spice Hit: Adrak lehsun paste daalein, 2 minute pakayein. Phir haldi, mirch, dhaniya powder dal kar 1 min roast karein.
  4. Tomato Magic: Tomato puree daalein aur namak daalein. Dhak kar tab tak pakayein jab tak tel (rogan) upar tairne na lage.
  5. Gravy Construction: Masala jab kadhai chhod de, tab 1-1.5 cup garm pani daalein. Ubaal aane dein.
