Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Boil: Ek gehre (deep) pot mein bahut saara pani ubalein. Jab pani achhe se ubal jaye, toh gas ko medium-low kar dein taaki pani mein sirf halke bubbles aate rahein (simmering). Pani forcefully nahi ubalna chahiye.
  2. The Acid: Pani mein 1 chamach vinegar (sirka) daalein. Namak abhi mat daalna warna anda bikhar jayega.
  3. The Prep: Ande ko direct pani mein todne ke bajaye, ek choti katori ya strainer mein todein. Isse extra pani wala egg white nikal jayega aur shape achi aayegi.
  4. The Whirlpool (Bhanwar): Ek chammach lijiye aur pani mein gol-gol (circular motion) mein ghumaiye taaki beech mein ek bhanwar (whirlpool) ban jaye.
  5. The Drop: Bhanwar ke theek beech (center) mein ande ko dhyan se katori se chhod (drop) dein. Pani ghumne ki wajah se egg white apne aap yolk ke chaaro taraf lipat jayega!
  6. The Timer: Ande ko bilkul mat chhedna. Exact 3 minute ka timer lagayein (runny yolk ke liye).
