Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Omelette: Andon ko pyaz, hari mirch aur namak ke sath fente. Pan mein tel dalkar ek mota omelette banayein. Isey dono taraf se paka kar ek plate par nikal lein.
  2. The Chop: Omelette thanda hone par uske square pieces (paneer ki tarah) kaat lein aur side rakh dein.
  3. The Gravy Base: Kadhai mein tel garm karein. Jeera dalein aur pyaz ko brown hone tak bhoone. Phir adrak lehsun paste dalein.
  4. Spice Mix: Haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder dalein. Thoda paani dalein taaki masale jale nahi.
  5. Tomato Base: Kate tamatar aur namak dalein. Dhak kar tab tak pakayein jab tak gravy se tel (oil) alag na ho jaye.
  6. The Simmer: Gravy banne par 1.5 cup pani dalein aur ubaal aane dein.
