  • 1 pinch - Turmeric (Haldi)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prep the Eggs: Khadaknath ke ande chote hote hain. Inhe ek bowl mein todein (yolk thoda dark yellow ya orange hoga) aur halke haath se whisk karein.
  2. Sauté: Pan mein tel/butter garm karein. Kate hue pyaz aur hari mirch dalkar naram (translucent) hone tak bhoone. Brown nahi karna hai.
  3. The Pour: Haldi daalein (sirf ek chutki). Phir fente hue ande pan mein daal dein.
  4. The Soft Scramble: Aanch bilkul dhimi (low) kar dein. Ande ko turant nahi chalana hai. 10 second ruk kar spatula se halke haath se fold karna shuru karein. Isey dry aur rubber jaisa nahi banana hai.
