  • 2 tbsp - Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya)
  • 0.25 tsp - Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper & Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. The Mix: Ek chaure bowl mein ande todein. Baarik kata pyaz, hari mirch, dhaniya, namak, aur masale dalein. Achhe se fente (whisk) jab tak jhagg na aa jaye.
  2. The Base: Chade tave (flat pan) par butter garm karein. Fenta hua anda pura pan par faila dein.
  3. The Bread Drop: Turant hi do bread slices lijiye, unhe kachhe ande ke upar rakhein (beech mein), aur jaldi se palat dein taaki dono taraf anda lag jaye.
  4. The Cook: Jab neeche se anda pak jaye aur golden ho jaye, tab badi spatula se pure set ko (dono bread ke sath) palat dein.
