Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Scramble the Eggs: Ek wok ya badi kadhai garm karein. 1 chammach tel dalein. Ande todein, halka sa namak aur kali mirch dalein, aur bhurji (scramble) banakar plate mein nikal lein.
  2. High Heat Wok: Kadhai mein bacha tel dalein. Gas ki aanch ko ekdum full (high) par rakhein. Minced garlic aur spring onion ka safed hissa (white part) dalein. 10 second toss karein.
  3. Toss Veggies: Kate hue gajar, beans aur shimla mirch dalein. 1 minute tak lagatar chalayein. Sabzi ko galana nahi hai, kachha (crunchy) rakhna hai.
  4. Add Rice: Thande chawal kadhai mein dalein (agar chawal chipke hain toh haath se tod kar dalein).
