Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Fry: Uble andon aur kate aalo mein haldi aur namak milayein. Mustard oil garm karke dono ko golden fry karke nikal lein.
  2. Tempering: Kadhai mein thodi si cheeni aur jeera dalein. Tej patta dalein.
  3. Bhunai: Pyaz ka paste dalein aur brown hone tak bhoone. Phir adrak paste dalein.
  4. Masala: Jeera, dhaniya, haldi, laal mirch powder dalein. Kate hue tamatar dalein aur tel chhodne tak pakayein.
  5. Simmer: Fry kiye hue aalo dalein. 2 cup garm pani dalein. Dhak kar aalo naram hone tak ubaalein.
  6. Finish: Fry kiye ande dalein, thoda garam masala chhidkein, aur 2 min baad gas band kar dein. Serve hot with rice!
