  1. Ando ki taiyari: Uble hue andon ko beech se (lengthwise) kaat lein. Ek plate mein rakhein aur unke upar halka sa namak aur chaat masala chhidak dein. Isse ande andar se feeke nahi lagenge.
  2. Batter Banana (The Mix): Ek bade bowl mein besan aur chawal ka atta chhan lein (sieve it). Isme ajwain (hatho se masal kar), laal mirch, haldi, adrak-lehsun paste, namak aur hara dhaniya dalein.
