  • 1 cup - Maida (All purpose flour, kneaded to soft dough)
  • 2 nos - Eggs
  • 1 cup - Pre-cooked Mutton or Chicken Keema (Dry/bhuna hua)
  • 1 small - Onion (Very finely chopped) & Coriander
  • 3 tbsp - Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Roll it Thin: Maide ki dough se badi aur ekdum patli (paper thin) roti belein.
  2. The Base: Ek chaude tave par thoda tel lagayein aur roti ko uspe rakhein. Aanch medium-low rakhein.
  3. The Filling: Roti ke center mein fenta hua anda dalein (thoda ande bacha lein). Ande ke upar paka hua dry keema, kata pyaz aur dhaniya dalein.
  4. The Parcel: Roti ke chaaro kono ko lift karke center mein fold karein (square lifafa banayein). Fold kiye hue hisso par bacha hua kachha anda lagayein taaki woh seal (chipak) jayein.
  5. Shallow Fry: Ab pan mein extra tel dalein. Baida roti ko dono taraf se dabakar crispy, golden-brown aur flaky hone tak sekein.
  6. Serve: Tave se nikal kar chote square bite-sized tukdon mein kaate aur nimbu nichod kar serve karein.
