Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Boil the Chana: Bheege hue chano ko pressure cooker mein dalein. Sath mein thoda namak, khade masale, aur ek black tea bag dalein (color ke liye). 4-5 seeti (whistles) lagayein jab tak chane naram na ho jayein.
  2. The Egg Prep: Uble andon mein halka cut lagakar unhe thode se tel aur haldi mein fry kar lein (golden color ke liye).
  3. The Base Gravy: Ek kadhai mein tel garm karein. Ajwain aur jeera dalein. Phir pyaz dalkar dark brown hone tak bhoone.
  4. Spice it up: Adrak lehsun paste dalein. 1 min baad tomato puree, haldi, laal mirch, aur chole masala dalein.
